I make every effort to store all your personal information securely and keep it confidential. The personal information you provide through forms on this website is collected and used to provide you with a service. This includes contacting you to make an appointment and to ensure your safety when providing a counselling service. Wix are data processors of the information you provide through web forms. SumUp are data processors if you pay for sessions by card. I will not sell or pass on your information to third parties. I will not contact you for other purposes. If I provide you with a service, I will keep records for 7 years from our final session in accordance with my insurance requirements. All data is stored in the UK.

 

You have the right to ask to see the information I hold about you, please ask me and you can view it in a session. You can ask me to change any information that I hold about you that is incorrect.

You have the right to ask me to delete information that I hold about you, which I will do unless I have a legal obligation to keep it. Please email me to request this.

You have the right to transfer the information I hold about you to another counsellor & psychotherapist. Please ask me if you want to transfer your records.
